I have food allergies, is your product safe to eat?

All our products are processed in a facility that also processes nuts. However, there are no nut products in our Michi Dip. 

Do you have a location? Can I pick up?

We are a food processing facility, not open to the public for pick-up orders. We ship ALL our products. However, we may have pop-up shops from time to time. Please follow us on our social media channels for more information.

Shipping Times May Be Longer

We’re handing off packages to our shipping carriers as safely and quickly as possible. Most will arrive on time, but some orders may be affected by nationwide shipping delays.

How long until I get my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 7 - 10 days the time you place your order. When your order is processed and ready for shipping, you will receive an email notification and tracking number. Shipping time is dictated by US Postal Office/UPS.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you live, the time may vary due to COVID 19. You will receive a tracking number for your package once sent out.

What’s the shelf life? How do I store?

Michi Dips’ shelf life is one year depending on where you store your product, you may store in a cool location or refrigerated depending on how you want to eat your Michi Dip. If stored in the refrigerator Michi Dip will last longer. But to be honest our Michi Dip is so delicious it won’t last long at all because you will be putting it on everything.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, due to the special care that goes into creating your order, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. This is to ensure we meet the quality and service expectations you expect from Michi Dip.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. 

Replacement will be issued only if damaged upon delivery. Must inform us within 24 hours with photos as proof.

I inputted the wrong address!

Please contact us within 12 hours to change your address! We unfortunately do not offer refunds for orders that have inputted incorrect addresses. 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, a subtotal refund will be initiated. No refund on the shipping cost.  

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 5 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS and/or UPS after they leave our warehouse.

USPS says my package was delivered, but I never received it!

If you find yourself in this situation, we urge you to contact your local USPS and provide them with all necessary information. Please contact us if there is anything we can do on our end to make sure you receive your package.

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

We are so sorry your product arrived damaged! Please send us a picture to hello@michidip.com with a brief description and we will be happy to send you a new one so you can get to dipping and sipping!

Address Formatting Instructions - APO/FPO

To make sure your package gets to its destination, follow these instructions for entering a military address.

  1. Do not use special characters or punctuation (such as %, &, ', -, ?, !, etc.).
  2. For Army, Navy, and Marines: Enter Unit Number and Box Number in the "Address" field.
    For Ships: Enter Ship Name and Hull Number.
    For Air Force: Enter PSC Number and Box Number.
  3. In "Address Line 2," enter optional military command or organization name (e.g., USAG J or 2/566 Postal Co.).
  4. In the "City" field, enter APO or FPO.
    Please note: We cannot ship to city codes other than APO or FPO for military shipments. Entering a city other than APO or FPO will result in your order being delayed or possibly canceled. Also, do not enter the state in this field. (Incorrect: APO AE, AE.) If you are stationed in a war zone, our system also may not recognize your address. Please review your entry for accuracy.
  5. In the "State" field, select one of the following:
    AE – Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada
    AA – Armed Forces Americas
    AP – Armed Forces Pacific
  6. In the "ZIP Code" field, enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit. It must start with a 0 or 9. Any other ZIP codes in combination with AE, AA or AP will result in delays or cancellation of your order. Your billing address ZIP code (or home address code) cannot be used in place of a military ZIP code.
  7. In the "Country" field, use the default choice of USA.
